Frequently Asked Questions
What is Halal SuperApp?
Halal SuperApp is a mobile app that brings together prayer tools, halal food and service discovery, masjid information, fundraising, and local Muslim community features in one place.
Is the app free to use?
Yes. The app is free for users to download and use.
What can I do inside the app?
You can check prayer times, use Azan alerts, find Qibla direction, discover masjids, browse halal food and services, follow community discussions, and explore fundraising campaigns.
Is the app only for one city?
No. The app is designed to grow city by city and make local discovery more useful wherever listings and community coverage are available.
Are community posts moderated?
Yes. Community tools are supported by moderation systems to help reduce spam, abuse, and low-quality content.
Can businesses get listed?
Yes. Businesses and community organizers can start with a free listing and upgrade to Premium for stronger visibility.
Are all listings officially halal certified?
No. Halal SuperApp is not a halal certification body and does not guarantee that every listing is certified halal. Listings may be added by our team, by users, or by business owners themselves.
What does "Verified by owner" mean?
A "Verified by owner" tag means the business owner has confirmed and manages that listing. It does not mean Halal SuperApp has issued halal certification or legal approval.
Does the platform guarantee or take liability for halal status?
No. Users should always use their own judgment and due diligence before purchasing or visiting a listing. Halal SuperApp does not accept responsibility as a certification authority.
Do you support Android and iPhone?
Yes. Halal SuperApp is intended for both Android and iOS users.
How can I send feedback or report an issue?
You can contact us at support@halalsuperapp.com or use the in-app feedback tools when available.
